Millennials in the workplace

This is a summary on a report about Millennials ( born between early 1980 and 1990 ) in the Workplace who make up a huge part of our workforce but they seem to lack loyalty to the companies. According to this report there are two large- scale surveys conducted the mindset of the  millennial generation.
